Machining notes
The pattern is tight, so the wall slices into many narrow slats: expect a longer assembly than a wide-spaced design, and machine the tenon joinery so the parts align themselves. The relief is deep, so plan several passes and check the toolpath in the simulator before cutting. Several wave layers are stacked, which means no two slats share the same profile — nesting will leave more offcut than a straight slat wall.
