Machining notes
The pattern is open, so the wall slices into fewer, wider slats — quick to cut and quick to assemble. The relief is deep, so plan several passes and check the toolpath in the simulator before cutting. Several wave layers are stacked, which means no two slats share the same profile — nesting will leave more offcut than a straight slat wall.
