Machining notes
The pattern is open, so the wall slices into fewer, wider slats — quick to cut and quick to assemble. The relief is shallow, so a single pass through the thickness is usually enough. Several wave layers are stacked, which means no two slats share the same profile — nesting will leave more offcut than a straight slat wall.
